The purpose of this exercise was to explore various marks using different tools and introducing ink, while striving to maintain a strong composition within a limited color palette. To achieve this, I utilized paint samples to pinpoint the colors that truly inspire me, particularly those in the earthy palette.
This painting is all about uncovering fresh possibilities and setting the stages for larger artworks.
